FaithBuilt Development

Custom web development for the faith community

Custom-built websites, priced for ministry budgets.

Websites, apps, and tools for churches, ministries, and Christian-owned businesses. Custom-coded around what you actually need, not forced into a template. One client at a time, so yours gets full attention.

Why us

Built on a different footing

A tight budget should not mean an outdated website. Every decision here is made with that in mind.

  • Flat, transparent pricing

One agreed price before any work starts, and no line item you did not ask for. If something turns out cheaper than quoted, you pay the cheaper number.

  • One client at a time

Your project gets full attention from start to finish rather than a slice of someone's week. It means the calendar is limited, and it means your build does not sit waiting.

  • Not abandoned at handoff

Every word is editable from a simple admin screen, so your own team can keep it current. And support stays available afterward, so the site does not quietly go stale the way most do.

How it works

How it works

No surprises, no jargon, and the same person answering your email the whole way through.

  1. We listen

A conversation about who you serve, what is not working, and what you actually need. Free, and with no obligation.

  2. We build

You see progress as it happens and can change your mind while changing it is still cheap. Flat price, agreed before any work starts.

  3. We hand it over

A walkthrough so your team can actually run it, and a real person reachable afterward. Working, documented, and nothing left half-finished.

Questions

Before you ask

The things people usually want to know. If yours is not here, just ask. It is a short conversation, not a sales call.

  • How much does a website cost?

It depends on what you need, which is why the planner exists, build what you have in mind and you will get an estimate as you go.

Pricing is flat and agreed before any work starts, so there is no meter running and no invoice that surprises you.

  • How long does it take?

One client at a time, start to finish. That means your project gets full attention rather than a slice of someone's week — and it means the calendar is limited, so the honest answer depends on what is ahead of you.

Ask, and you will get a real date rather than an optimistic one.

  • Do I own the website when it is finished?

That depends on which route you choose, and it is worth deciding early because it changes the price.

With a monthly care plan, the build costs less upfront. We host the site, hold the domain, and keep everything maintained, updated, and backed up, so there is nothing technical for you to manage. Plainly: the site runs while the plan runs. Stop the plan and the site comes down.

Without a plan, the build costs more upfront and the domain transfers to you. You can take it wherever you like, and hosting and updates become yours to arrange.

The code we write stays with us either way. That is deliberate: it is what keeps the build affordable and the maintenance included, rather than you paying to own a codebase you would then have to find someone else to look after.

Your content is always yours, whichever route you take: the words, the photos, the sermons. Tell us which suits you and we will quote it that way.

  • Can our team update it ourselves?

That is the point. Every word on the page, along with sermons, events, and photos, is editable from a simple admin screen — no code, no developer, no waiting.

You get a walkthrough at handoff so your team has actually done it once before they need to.

  • What happens after the site launches?

You are not handed a finished site and left with it. Support stays available, and there is an optional hosting and maintenance plan if you would rather not think about updates and backups at all.

  • We are not a church. Will you still work with us?

Yes. Churches and ministries are the focus, and Christian-owned businesses are just as welcome, as is anyone who comes by referral.

Anyone is welcome to get in touch. As a Christian-owned business, we reserve the right to decline work that conflicts with the values we operate by.
