The short version
We keep what you type into our contact form, and nothing else. No tracking, no advertising, no analytics. We do not sell anything about you to anyone, ever.
Who we are
FaithBuilt Development builds websites, web apps and phone apps. We work online, from Texas. For anything in this policy, email hello@faithbuiltdevelopment.com.
What we collect
Only what you hand us. When you send a message through this site we keep your name, your email address, your phone number if you choose to give one, your message, your organization and rough budget if you fill those in, and which package you selected if you selected one.
That is the whole list.
What we do not collect
There are no analytics on this site. No advertising pixels, no tracking scripts, nothing watching which pages you read. We do not know who you are unless you tell us.
The spam check may store a short-lived value in your browser to remember that it passed. The only cookie this site sets is for the owner signing in to the admin area, and it is never set for visitors.
Why we keep it
To read your message and reply to it. That is the only reason. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
Who else handles it
Two companies, because the site cannot work without them. Cloudflare hosts the site, stores your message, and provides the spam check on the form. Resend delivers the email, both the copy that reaches us and the confirmation that reaches you.
Neither uses your information for their own purposes. We share it with nobody else and we never sell it.
The spam check
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a bot. It looks at how your browser behaves rather than at who you are. It does not build a profile of you or follow you to other sites.
How long we keep it
As long as it is useful for the conversation it belongs to, and no longer. If you would rather we did not keep it at all, ask, and it is gone.
What you can ask for
Email hello@faithbuiltdevelopment.com and you can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. No form and no process. Just ask, and you get a person.
Children
This site is for businesses and organizations. We do not knowingly collect anything from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
